The Loved By Guests campaign is an award system based on the top performing properties in Expedia Group’s inventory as voted by the guests. Globally hotels scoring between 8 and 10 receive a package containing a framed certificate, window sticker and access to code for a virtual sticker on their own site as well as promotional graphics within the Expedia online platform. Annually more than 86,000 properties are rated above 7.9 by Expedia Group’s guests and each received tailored promotional marketing material for display in the hotel foyer and the property’s Twitter account.
